SIXTH Kairos 2-Piece Crankset – Twister

If you’re a fan of the Hera direct-mount crank, you’ll love this one too. The Kairos crank has been around for a while, but until now, it was only available in 170mm. We begged them for a 165mm version—and finally, here it is!

With a narrow-wide chainring (alternating thick and thin teeth), this crank is perfect for both fixed gear and road bikes.

What makes it awesome?

1. Ridiculously good value
Like the Hera, the Kairos comes with a dedicated bottom bracket—all for just ¥19,800 (tax in). For a crank of this quality, that’s unbeatable. It’s CNC-machined from AL7075 super-duralumin, which means it’s both super strong and lightweight.

2. Lightweight 2-piece design
Not only is the material light, but this is a true 2-piece crank—not the usual 3-part PCD144 setup (left arm, right arm, ring).
Here, the right arm and spindle are one solid piece, and the chainring mounts directly with 3 bolts (T25 x M5, SRAM GXP style).
It’s all about reducing weight and maximizing stiffness where it counts.

3. Mix & match fun
Choose from two chainring designs: Radius or Twister. Both come in black or silver. Crank arms? Also black or silver. And here’s the fun part—they’re all compatible! So you can build your dream combo, and even swap out parts later if you want a different look.
