How to order
For most countries, ordering is simple.
Step 1: Add the items you want to your cart.
Step 2: Enter your shipping address at checkout.
Step 3: The available shipping options and shipping cost will be automatically displayed.
Step 4: Complete your payment and we will prepare your order and be ready to ship within 5 business days.
If checkout does not accept your address, or if you are unsure about anything, please contact us through the chat button at the bottom right of the page.
We are always happy to help you out.
Ordering from the USA
Since August 29, 2025, shipments valued at $800 or less are no longer exempt from import duties in the United States, so tariffs may now apply even to smaller orders.
For orders shipped to the USA, tariffs must be calculated before shipping and paid in advance together with the cost of your order.
Don’t worry — Haruna will help you with the whole process!
Step 1: Choose the items you would like to purchase.
Step 2: Send us a message through the chat button at the bottom right or just send a email to shop@master-pista.com . A screenshot of the items you picked or just copy and paste the item names are perfectly fine.
Step 3: Haruna will calculate the shipping cost and import duties for you.
Step 4: We will send you a payment link. You can pay by credit card or PayPal.
Once payment is complete, we will prepare your order and ship it from Osaka. A little extra paperwork should not stop a good fixed-gear part from crossing the Pacific!!
Shipping
All international orders are shipped from our shop in Osaka, Japan. We mainly use Japan Post international shipping services with tracking.
You can track your items on the Japan Post website.
For most countries, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout.
For U.S. orders, we will calculate the shipping cost together with import duties before payment.
If your country or address is not available at checkout, please contact us. In some cases, we may still be able to arrange shipping manually.
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the item(s) and packaging. Please refer to the estimated shipping rate table below.

Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST or other taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are generally the responsibility of the customer.
Import regulations and tax rates can change, so we recommend checking the latest customs information in your country before ordering.
U.S. orders are handled separately because import duties currently need to be calculated before shipment. Please see the USA Orders section above.
What we can ship
Handlebars, Parts & Accessories
Most of our handlebars, parts, tools, accessories and original products can be shipped internationally.
This includes Masterpista original products such as BEATBAR and BATBAR which are very popular to oversea fixed gear riders.
Frames & framesets
We can ship frames and framesets internationally.We carefully pack every frame to protect it from scratches and damage during shipping.
We hope you’ll enjoy riding a Japanese chromoly frame wherever you are in the world!
Complete bikes
Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship complete bikes internationally due to package size limitations. But many of the parts and handlebars can be shipped worldwide, so you can still bring a little bit of Masterpista to your own bike.
Delivery time
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Pre-order, made-to-order and special-order items may require additional time.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather and local postal conditions. But usually it’ll reach you 3-5 days (Asia), 7-10days (US and Europe).
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information.
Returns and refunds
Please check the product specifications carefully before placing your order.
International returns can be expensive and time-consuming, especially for bicycle parts, so if you are unsure about size, compatibility or installation, please ask us before ordering.
Returns or exchanges for customer convenience may not be accepted depending on the item and condition.
Shipping costs, import duties and taxes related to returns are generally non-refundable unless the problem was caused by us.
